How do I purchase Artful Sentiments products?
You may purchase Artful Sentiments goodies from our online shop (updates in process), and limited editions from Artful Sentiments Etsy Shop. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) through Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment processor; your information will remain protected.
Artful Sentiments products are also available through some fabulous brick and mortar stores. We will be adding a list to the site soon, but until then, you may email molly@artfulsentiments.com to find out if there is one in your area. (And, if there isn’t one in your area, we are open to suggestions. Let us know if there is a shop near you that would be a fit for our goodies, and we’ll send them a catalog!)
I’d love to buy a box of one of your designs that you have listed as a single card – is that possible?
Why of course! We are able to package any of our designs in a box of 8 for you, at a small discount off of the single card price. Please contact molly@artfulsentiments.com with your request.
How will my product be shipped to me?
All purchases are shipped by USPS priority mail. Products are generally shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order.
What if I need to return something I purchased?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you do need to return it for any reason, please email molly@artfulsentiments.com within 10 days of receipt of the item, for a return authorization. Please ensure that you use a return shipping method which allows for insurance and tracking of the package – we cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned items. You will be refunded for unused product only, in original product packaging, upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. (Please note that any custom items purchased from Artful Sentiments are not returnable.)
What is the benefit to joining the mailing list?
From time to time, Artful Sentiments will send out new product announcements or special offers to our mailing list recipients. I promise, we will not fill up your e-mail with frequent spammy notes! And of course, there is an “unsubscribe” link on the bottom of each e-mail, so you have the option to remove yourself from the list at any time.
Will you protect my information if I make a purchase and /or sign up for your mailing list?

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Our site is currently set up to ship to the United States and Canada. If you are outside the area, please contact molly@artfulsentiments.com, and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.
Can you create a custom design for me?
I do take on a limited number of custom projects – please email molly@artfulsentiments.com, and I’ll be happy to discuss your project with you.

Where are the products made?
All products are proudly artisan crafted in the studio in New England.
What’s with all the squirrels?
One afternoon while I was demonstrating carving techniques at a local craft store, a customer asked, “Why would you send a squirrel card?” My cousin Kristin responded that you could use it for any occasion – depending on what you put in the squirrel’s paws.
That was the beginning of the “Squirrel Series” of cards. I have used the squirrel carving, along with other blocks, to create cards for many occasions – my cousin Kristen’s bridal shower (Squirrel Bride), my goddaughter Meghan’s birthday (Squirrel with Present), “I’m Nuts about You” Valentine (Squirrel with heart), and many more.
